Applied online, got called about 1 1/2 week later, but my interview wasn't until another week from receiving the call. Entered in Victoria's Secret, walked around the store until the store manager took us in the conference room which was held in the basement of the store(oakbrook, IL) the interview was group based. The manager and 2 other ladies including myself it was us 3. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, asked us questions and talked about the company itself and store location. No trick questions, very straight forward Ana welcoming. SMILE AND BE RELAXED! After interview we were told we would get a call back within a week.

It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
