one interview in the food court. It was two supervisors and one employee interviewing 5 of us at the same time. They asked routine questions such as strengths and weaknesses, experience, and they mentioned they hire what they expect appearance wise.

I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process
