My first interview went well. It was supposed to be a group interview with me and another girl, but the other girl didn't show up which made it easier on me because I didn't feel like I had to show anyone up... The assistant manager was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. She would also praise me if she liked a certain answer I had to one of her questions which was really reassuring. She also followed a packet that had behavioral questions in it that pertain to your last job and at the end she set up a 2nd interview with the general manager.....the 2nd interview didnt go as smoothly as I wanted. It was a group interveiw with 2 other girls and i stuttered on one of the questions and didnt have as elaborate answers as the other girls...unfortunately, I suck at group interviews therefore I didnt get the job.
