Was invited to New York, NY office for in-person second round interview. Was interviewed first by a senior manager then immediately with a recently hired consultant. 2 days later received an offer. Ask alot of analytical/problem solving questions to test your analytical thinking. Have to describe in detail how you came to your conclusion. Since it is consulting, they want to also see how you interact with them as this is an indicator how you will interact with clients.
