After applying the job there is Selection exam placed. It contains IQ(50 Qs) & Technical (50 Qs)questions.
After passing through interview will be called. Two technical interviews & One HR interview.

Then he says that there 27 balls. All balls weight 10g but only one ball weight 9g. Manual balance is provided. Ask me to show the least steps to find the 9g ball.

After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
