I was interviewed at my college.The process was a total of 3 rounds.The first round was technical aptitude which consisted of questions from Java, Software Engineering, Testing, and DBMS.The Second round was Tech HR where they asked some questions on java and software engineering.The third round was personal HR where they asked some personal questions.They checked on our attitude and communication skills.
Through campus plcement first was exam
After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
