Hiring Process was very good , Prompt response from the HR and scheduled interview in the next two days. Interview was ok, taken by one of the senior manager who was interested in knowing more about the experience and few questions on the delivery side which are very easy, The interviewer seems like he was worried about the Hr related factors than the actual knowledge and expertise, he was worried about the stability and asking questions like would you leave the company if we cannot give you a challenging role. The interview went on well however i think i was not offered due to the salary quoted or the stability factor.
