it was quite easy. and the questions are from projects.they tested the skills and personality development and According to a survey if a candidate clears Virtusa's first three rounds (Online test, Technical test, Group Discussion) then the possibility of getting placed is 95%. Virtusa Companies HR Interview is the same as that of many IT Organization. An interview is mainly one to one interaction

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
