Interiew was very good, not so difficult questions. Did ask me to solve some algo related question, But the HR panel of this organization is so pathetic, that can't compare with any other organizations. I cleared all the interview rounds and after salary negotiation, they shared theTemp LOI with me. Even after 2 months, they didn't share the official LOI with me, they even scheduled some more interview rounds, but at the end they stopped picking up my calls. I mean seriously is it that hard to tell the candidate for some reason we can't move forward. Instead they chose the way of not picking up my calls and not returning my messages. I had such a bad experience with virtusa that I'll never allow any of my friends or colleague to join.
