There were 3 steps: 1) Non-technical phone call During this step, I got a lot of information about ITMAGINATION. I had a lot of questions here, but for each of them I got a comprehensive answer. Then I had to present my experiences and say what I was looking for. The whole meeting was held in a very nice atmosphere. At this meeting, I met Aleksandra who supported me throughout the recruitment process. 2) Technical interview via MS-Teams It was an hour-long meeting with an experienced person asking about many topics related to the duties for the position for which I was recruited. However, it wasn't reading questions from a piece of paper, but talking like with a colleague from work. 3) Additional meeting with Delivery Manager Here I got more information about the project I would be involved in. - DECISION Soon after the third meeting ended, I got a job offer :) There is one very important thing. Only one week passed from the beginning of the process to the decision. For comparison, other processes in which I participated took over a month!
