I was interviewed at Virtusa for the role of SSE. I had applied via LinkedIn. Recruiter was really unprofessional in scheduling the interview. She would call and confirm the date and time of the interview but wouldn't schedule it. I had to contact her multiple times to schedule the first round of interview. Once the interview is over, i got confirmation from her saying i have cleared the first round and the second round would be scheduled once she gets an interview panel. I have waited for a week but still she didn't contact. After week she contacted and said, interview will be on the next day and confirmed the time as well. Again to my surprise she didn't schedule any meeting.She didn't communicate anything with me as well. It was really a frustrating way of interview experience from Virtusa. Overall it was very unprofessional.
