It sounded like their recruiters are either an outright scammer, or a poorly-run third party agency recruiter. There’s no rational reason to ask for drivers license number and date of birth. Recruiter collected all my information including personal details and recorded my review without my knowledge. 2 weeks later i was rejected without feedback.

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
