First there was a screening exam containing 5 groups. first 3 are aptitude english and reasoning followed by coding and advanced coding for two roles. Next shortlisted candidates went to technical as well as HR rounds.

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
