I applied through CPG for contract based position (weblogic with 3+ years of experience) in Virtusa. Attended face to face interview on 11th September 2015. They told me to reach at 10 AM, but called me at 12.30 PM for the face to face. The interviewer asked detailed descriptions for every question. He almost asked 80% of topics from weblogic for 1 hr. Finally, I got a call after 30 mins that I got shortlisted for the further discussion, which will be conducted by the client (Mumbai, haven't disclosed the name). After 4 days, I got a call from the client (Mumai) at 6.30 PM and it took around 30 mins. Its all about weblogic. After 2 days, I got a call from Virtusa and he asked my company details like name and website. Later, the next day I received a call from one of the HR's from Virtusa, asked my PCTC and ECTC. The very next day, again I got a call from main HR and he asked my personal profile, like my hobbies, family, goals, favorite games and etc. At last received calls from both Virtusa and CPG, that I have selected for all the rounds, and they are just waiting for the client approval (as the client need to say 'OK'). I have been waiting since Sept to till the date (2nd November). I called them today, and they told me that, the client (Mumbai) is no longer interested to give project to them. I even asked them, whether they received PO or not, they said, they received (but actually, no). So they simply said that they no longer giving offer to me. This is the worst experience I had. They made me wait these many days and I my self called them for updates. They don't have responsibilities at all.
