I emailed resume and writing sample after Visa reached out to my honors program about the position. I scheduled a phone screening the next week and spoke with three interviewers. They asked about things listed on my resume plus a couple behavioral questions. I was invited to a second in-person interview at their office the following week, where I worked through some design challenges/problems. I emailed a thank you and follow-up and didn't hear back until two months later, when a recruiter wanted to make sure I was still interested and gave me the offer. They explained that they were going through a transition and weren't able to get back to me about the position by April, which was their deadline. The interviews themselves were great and I felt that I got along with the interviewers, but the delay was extremely inconvenient.
