Multi-stage interview with local decision makers and influencers from HR to General Manager with detailed discussion of the market trends and major players. Very thorough review of the previous experience in dealing with large banks and their decision making process. Very significant focus on multinational nature of the company and ability to manage regional ambiguity and power structure challenges. The whole process takes time, my case of 4-6 months of interviews with various team members is a common practice in recruitment process.The company does not make a decision quickly.
