3 stages for fixed-term: -Recruiter Screen (think they do this outsourced) -Hiring Manager (1 hour): this was relatively easy and focused more on experience and answering certain behavioral or situational questions. -Team Interview (1 hour): I got an offer with a competing company before this so I declined, but the hiring manager mentioned this would be similar to the HM interview. Also, an opportunity for me to ask questions.

Went thru 2 rounds of interview. The hiring manager dint seem to have a lot of details about the role . Nor did he seem excited to talk. No follow up from recruiter. 6 weeks later, another interview set up. This time with a business partner. She asked about my involvement with reporting, I said we automated and now work only on enhancements/housekeeping. Her response: ‘Sounds like you were not involved then’ 🤷🏻‍♀️ Again no follow up. If they did, this is not a team/company I would want to work for
