Recruiter gave me a heads up that the process would take on average 2 months. Interviews were scheduled pretty quickly. My first interview was with 2 Director Levels. Second was with 3 VPs and my third was with a Manager. All interviews were super laid back. Mostly focused on my background and information on the company and position. By the last interview there was mostly talk of which team I would be placed on. I felt every confident and then essentially got ghosted. I followed up with my recruiter weekly as he never reached out. Multiple times he was out of the office with zero backup. His answer was always that they hadn't made a decision yet or he hadn't been able to reach the Director for an answer. Eventually the person who referred me got an email that the position was closed but I never received any communication whatsoever. It's my understanding that the req was cancelled and no one was hired. Overall, it was the most disrespectful interview process I've ever been through. A total waste of my time, as well, as theirs.
