My original interview was with a JV store, I was contacted via phone for an interview.
The interview was a very informal process and quite laidback but I was interviewed twice before I was hired.
I transferred to a UK store which I had an interview for again quite informal and was just asked me details on experience.

There was not really any difficult questions or question asked but the interview process might be a lot different as mine was 5yrs ago.
