3rd party recruiter reached out and did the initial screen. Moved on to voice interview with MD based on India then interview with a top executive always at 11 PM USA times. Did a personality test. I was then asked to respond to a "case study" that was timed at 5 hours to put together my specific sales strategy when targeting a select vertical market I was being considered for. Presented a 15-page powerpoint report to India management team via video conference at 11 PM. I received positive feedback and then an email from HR director in India saying she was going to put an "offer package" together. Then the Ghosting occurred! I never heard back from them even when I sent follow up emails asking for an answer, one way or the other because I had another offer pending. In the end, the company was very disappointing to work with. There was a lack of integrity on how they communicate with professional candidates. Eventually, I withdrew my candidacy.

The last step in the process is to prepare a response to the case study of 6-7 questions, where you are timed for 5 hours to reply. Basic questions on how you would segment the market in North America, who would you sell into, what is your expectations in sales in the 1st quarter, and how quickly can you generate sales.
