Very casual. Two managers interviewed me together. They were very up front and honest about what to expect with the position, the schedule, etc. They said they never want someone to be "surprised," when they begin work so they like to be brutally honest about the job. I appreciated that.

They asked if I was comfortable on computers as all of the software is specific to their industry and not something I would have used before.
