Panel interview: they had three employees at a table asking questions in an orderly fashion. Unfortunately they had double booked another candidate for the same time slot. Even had the other candidate's resume in their hands when I arrived. So they had to scramble quickly for my interview. They asked questions about understanding documentation procedures and certain lab skills. When asked what training would be provided, the answer was "as little as possible" followed by laughter.
