Our projects are strictly used for evaluation of a candidate's fit for the role. Projects go through a vetting process before they are shared with candidates to ensure that deliverables can't be used for anything other than candidate evaluation. For this project, no work is collected; the format is a real-time conversation with the team, and the subject matter of the project is general and high-level basic concepts in the advertising industry, not of the Vistar product specifically.
