Some consultancy called me for interview after shortlisted appeared for face to face round, all goes well in first round , after 40 minutes of interview Hr come and said you have another round please wait , then she come back again in 5 minutes and said the person is busy till the time she discussed salary and all when you join bla bla , after 10 minutes she come again and saying we will conduct Skype interview for another round you may leave for the day, This is like all are already fix to whom they going to select only they killing time to call candidates and sending back , to add the just number of candidates , i recommend do not waste your time to appear for face to face , telephonic better option, as position already fixed to whom they going to select., one of the worst HR process i met , no updates till now even consultancy also don't know the status ...
