Great interview. They were really nice while I waited, offered me something to drink. During the interview they explained what they were looking for and exactly what they did. As well, I was able to meet each partner of the company and really get an idea of the type of company and people they were. I left really hoping to join the team.

There was none. The person who scheduled the interview with me, left me waiting in the lobby for over a half hour. An employee of his kept going to the back to remind him about our interview and on the fourth try, comes out of the office and tells me he's going to conduct the interview himself.
