The Interview Process consisted of (if I remember correctly) an extensive online application followed by a recorded demo lesson (teaching whatever you wanted to whoever you wanted as an example of what kind of teacher you are). Then you are called to a first interview on zoom. If you pass that interview, you are invited to a second and if you pass that interview you are told when you will begin an intensive unpaid (but very useful) one month training course, for which you receive a certificate and probably a contract upon completion.
