Initially, they were responsive and I was able to schedule the screening interview quickly after the recruiter reached out. The screening interview was odd in that the recruiter didn't really provide any additional details about the role or company (despite me asking) and just launched into the interview questions. She also gave off energy that didn't make me feel comfortable asking any of my own questions at the end. Afterwards, the recruiter ghosted me and never reached back out again despite me sending two follow-up emails. Even a generic "no" email is better than not hearing anything at all. Overall, the process was off-putting and a little unprofessional.

Initial phone interview was short and we scheduled a face to face interview. After the face to face interview I got a home assignment (not a short one). After sending it back I got a generic rejection, without any feedback on the assignment itself. The same thing happened to two other PMs I know of. Don't waste your valuable time.
