Asked basic questions as a get to know you interview. Job didn't very much already and they asked if you were flexible on the salary range you put in the applicaiton.

The very first round was with the Director of Media. The interview lasted nearly an hour, and was grilled with ridiculous questions. This role was for a pretty mid-level position, yet was one of the most intense interviews I've been through. Based on the questions they were asking me, it felt like they might have trust issues from previous employees or hires not being able to do the job. I was asked how I traffic tags, my process for it, how I determine media mix, which somehow transitioned into me explaining how I pull reports from Kantar. Seems like they are expecting way too much out of this position for very little compensation. A few days later, they let me know they are moving forward with other candidates whose experience better aligns. Meanwhile, I had absolutely everything they needed. Their loss. Oh, and its 4 days a week in office mandatory. If you are interviewing with this company, I would really reconsider accepting an offer. Several red flags and got a micromanagement vibe.
