zunächst hatte ich einen Call mit HR, danach einen Call mit dem Vorgesetzten, wo es um meine History und Wechselmotivation ging. Dannach folgte ein persönliches Gespräch über den Markt, Unternehmen, Einschätzungen und Erwartungen. Bevor ein Gespräch mit dem nächsthöheren Vorgesetzten folgte, habe ich die künftigen Kollegen des Management Teams kennengelernt.

Am Anfang sehr wertschätzend, dann keine Rückmeldung mehr. Musste selbst nachfragen. Dann gab es ein AC, bei dem ein recruiting Ma von Vodafobe sehr herablassend auftrat. Habe mich schließlich selbst anders entschieden.
