It was a three-staged interview. First and second interviews were personal and over the phone, third one was more of a technical one using HireVue, following it an email with acceptance or rejection.

applied through External recruiter and call me to set an appointment for interview then request from me to talk in voice note at least 2 mins to test my english then sent me the location
Had a phone interview and then a teams call interview. Both were quite easy. Just basic info about me and the job. I had call center experience already so easy
