Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Vodafone (Atene, , Attica)
Colloquio
I applied for a job at Vodafone through their graduate Discovery program through which I went through 4 very hard stages of case studies, IQ tests, personality tests, working with a team simulation, and the list goes on. It would have been fine if they had rejected me politely. Except that, I never got an answer. How hard could it be to copy and paste a polite email that tells you that you did not make it? I sent a couple of emails after many weeks had passed just asking them to let me know the outcome. An answer from them should be a given, especially after all the time and energy I devoted to their process. This was years ago. Very recently I received an offer from them through LinkedIn out of the blue about another position in my field. I answered that I am interested and that I am available to talk after I am out of the office. They never responded back. Guys...get your s**t together. This is not a look for such a big company of yours. Respect people's time.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not. It was a very relaxed interview the assistant manager who interviewed me was very nice and patient. I felt like I was talking to family.
