they called me on phone then i went there and i passed 2 english intervewis and i got hired as an outsource ecco agent then i asked to wait another call to sign the contract and i waited for one week then i got a call and i went there for three weeks training before sign the contract

Had a phone interview and then a teams call interview. Both were quite easy. Just basic info about me and the job. I had call center experience already so easy
