Direct interview with manager asked general interviewing questions. Followed by in person interview which was more technical. The in person interview was conducted by a panel of 2-3 interviewers. Asked several questions ranging from project work to theoretical questions.

Interview in two phases. Technical questions then Soft Skills related questions. Interview was nice & short, not too many people on the panel. For online interviews, the camera is turned off when you answer questions.

What would be your approach to dealing with conflict in the workplace?
There were three interviews:
the first one was a pre interview with HR Department (Pre-Screening)
The Second one was with the hiring manager.
The third one was with the hiring manager with other managers and team members.
fairly easy, asks questions related to experiences and your past. make sure to highlight your strength and love for engineering. interview was fairly easy if you prepare and are ready to answer questions
