I was a little taken aback by their apparent practice to pay their new hires a reduced salary during the training period. Went okay, but not terribly pleasant as interviewer seemed to be in a bad mood, annoyed by questions, etc. It was clear we were not a good fit and I was not surprised we did not proceed any further.
