The process was very simple, one skype interview that goes though your pass experience and based on that ask technical questions. After that, there is a face-to-face interview with the company. This interview was also focused on previous experience, but more deep questions. Also, ask to show the design from a project that you worked before. In the end they didn't make any offer. They said that I didn't have what they expected for a senior engineer, for instance, more architect experience.
