Both company and their vendors are arrogant, unprofessional and behave proudly as if they are Google. My interview was conducted by a 66-year-old man who was castist and sexist. I am a highly qualified individual but this man actually forced me to write an answer to his questions, as if I was a schoolgirl. I continued the interview to show him my expertise and I did that successfully. No wonder, I did not hear back from them. Pathetic culture, no wonder they are struggling with attrition and recruitment.
