I found the interview process to be very thorough and very structured. The process took almost1 weeks to get over, and I was interviewed by 4 different people from 4 different functions in the company.
The interviews themselves were less of a QnA session and more of a conversation where the interviewers spent a lot of time trying to find out about my thought process and working style. It became apparent to me very quickly that this company was serious about hiring good people.
After every interview, I was notified very quickly of the next step (and what to expect in that step). All in all, it was a very pleasant experience (and very different from the interviews I'd had at other places).

I interviewed for the role of senior member of technical staff and dealt with all the interview rounds even my CTC breakup was discussed but at the time of offer letter they changed everything. It was more kinda career counseling session.

There were 3 rounds
First round was about the coding rounds
Asked interviewer to execute 2 DSA problems on local IDE , one was on arrays and another was on Linkedlist
(Medium to difficult )
Second round was about low level design and few hypothetical questions
Third rounds was with hiring manager ,this rounds was about high level design , questions on resume and data bases

No one respects your time and efforts
There were total 4 round:
They scheduled 2 rounds initially
Round 1: I did all the questions 100% correct
DS Algo question Medium to High level.
Round 2: They wanted to reschedule round 2 for me as the interviewer got busy, it was Friday evening.
but then they got someone to take it.
The interviewer wasn't interested. He kept getting phone calls in the middle, and he kept whispering to some girl while I was trying to solve the questions. So unprofessional and so distracting.
Then they Scheduled the next 2 rounds together.
Round 3: System design round.
I didn't do too well.
So, I was expecting that they will not take my last hiring manager round. but they did.
Round 4: 1 hour round was of just 20 mins, the interviewer was very rude. He asked some questions about my resume and then told few things about them.
They rejected me saying 3 interviewers were not happy about my performance. It was a really bad experience and so unprofessional people.
