To start, I'm impressed with the level of communication and response I got. 95% of the time you either hear nothing back, or it's simply some automated bot that messages you and you have no idea if a human has even seen your resume. But I got an immediate initial response, and then that was followed up 2 days later by a request for an initial discovery phone call. The call went really well and I was impressed by the transparency they said they offer with sharing the companies financials with the employees every week. Like seriously, what company does that? Ultimately my skills and experience don't appear to have been a fit for this position, but I wish they had been.
