Met the team at the Texas A&M career fair and was invited to dinner. Formal interview took place at the Houston office and was given an offer after the interview. Very relaxed interview process. Interview was more behavioral questions, they were looking for a good fit with the company.

It was very straightforward and nothing tricky. The interviewer asked general questions about my background and experience. The overall environment was welcoming and professional, and the conversation felt comfortable and easy to follow.
