I interviewed first over the phone with a recruiter from Talent Staffing. I was asked some basic interview questions and at the end of the call I was told that the recruiter would like to schedule me for an in person interview. I was then interviewed by a manager and supervisor, about a week later. I was called the next day and offered the position.
