Very straight forward behavioral interview. The process took about 2-3 weeks. If you are located in Madison, they may let you start working earlier than the summer which is nice. Mgmt wants to make sure you will be a fun person to work with, so be yourself.

Simple, standard questions, half hour long with human resource, straight forward, tour of working area, managers and supervisors, Job shadow, boring, entry level, hired within the same week of interviews

I posted for an analyst position, however a month and not hearing anything about my post I contacted hr department. At that time I was told that I didn't get an interview. The only foal notification about my applicant that I received was over 2 months after I posted! I was never hold why it didn't get an interview.
