It was a pretty standard interview process. Applied for the job by submitting a resume and cover letter. After about a week, received a call from HR to setup a phone interview. Was asked the standard questions by HR about current position, experience, how I handled situations. A few days later, received a follow up call from HR, they asked for references and wanted to setup an interview with the hiring manager. Went in and was asked similar questions about experience and situations. They said they had a few more interviews and would let me know. About a week later received a call with an offer
