I was interviewed by two store managers at a career fair. They came to my college and informed me about the company and why it would be a good choice and I told them about my experience and why I would be a good fit.
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.

The interview process is very easy. In the end assistant manager position is a glorified stocker with extra tasks and duties. Questions asked are situational and behavioral scenarios. Interviews are conducted by store managers
