Since the job ad was quite generic and didn't outline the exact expertise or qualifications they were looking for, I had a lot of questions once getting an interview. There was then many shorter conversations ticking off boxes with several people, rather than a longer and meaningful discussion about the role and expectations earlier on in the process. It wasn't until talking to someone in a leadership/management position, that it became clear that this was not going to be a good fit nor for me, nor for them. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I really think we could have all saved us some time if there was more clarity upfront.

Normal process. Phone screen, HM interview. Neutral experience nothing out of the ordinary. I'm only filling this out so I can continue to you use Glassdoor. I had this interview quite awhile back.
