They asked me a couple of questions and then hired me on the spot. Then they told me my pay and then has to wait on my background check. Then wait to start orientation
The interview process was smooth, just be honest and be yourself and you'll pass with flying colors. They will take anyone with a pulse. They have good benefits and ok pay.

In person interview after applying online and following up. Got the Offer at end of interview and accepted. Started a few weeks later after they created my schedule. Generally flexible with your first schedule after interview.
