It was good, all the interviewees (5) were sat at a table and there were two interviewers and we went through fake scenarios and described what we would do and hazards and such.

Once I applied online, an interview was set up. The process was to gauge my personality and work ethic. I was shown around the store and given the job that day.

Colloquio
I was called during the night time and accepted a morning interview for the next day. I went in for the interview and was told what position they were hiring for, gave documentation, and did some paperwork. I also discussed previous jobs/gap of employment.
