I was recruited by an agency. I had already worked for the recruiter, so went straight to the interview at the company. Interviewed by ~4 people in the department. Started the next week.

I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The call was brief and was used mainly to confirm items listed in my resume. This was followed by a conference-style, group interview. In attendance were the hiring manager, the functional manager and the studio head at the time. After a couple of weeks a second interview was scheduled. The second interview was a similar group interview. This time the project manager was added to the roster and the studio head was not present. An offer was made one month after the second interview.
