It is a long process because you need to wait until everyone has applied to be given an answer. I really enjoyed seeing how my application was progressing. The phone interview acceptance may start within a week or two of applications going live and will continue up through the very end of the recruitment period.

It was a four step. First sent your resume then was screened then had a group interview in a zoom interview with three others interviewing you. You went into a room and had to give a presentation or an experiment by being interactive and fun.
