Pretty easy. The woman was really nice and seemed interested in what I had to say. As long as you smile during the interview, it should be no problem. The interview lasted for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Great interview, very friendly interviewer. Which is exactly what you would expect from Walt Disney Orlando. Very informative. Really described what the experience will be like. Couldn't wait to get started. Was a great experience and I recommend it to any college student studying business. You will learn from the best!

After you apply you receive an email with a link to a web based interview. If you pass then they send you another email to schedule a face to face interview. Once you're hired you go to an orientation called Traditions.

Was very quick and to the point. They know what they are looking for. Go into the interview confident. Have general knowledge of the company, and the different areas within.
