3-4 stages of Long process. HR takes awhile to get back. No assessment or anything test before interviews. First round interview with people in the team, then managers, and then VP director.

It was a 3 round interview. 1st interview asked about my related experiences and how I would be a fit for the company. It was a very general and get to know each other type interview. 2nd interview was with the decision maker which asked more about having virtual desktop experience, Again they are just trying to get to know you more. 3rd interview felt like they were testing for culture fit and getting to know each other. Overall, the interviews were relatively simple, nothing demanding and very easy going. I did not have everything they were looking for but I expressed that I can learn and get the job done. I think the relative easiness depends heavily on which team you interview for since Disney has many locations world wide.

Human resource person was nice, asked good questions to make sure position would be a good fit for me. She also gave me constructive critisim to help improve my future job seaches.
